Skub is an AI email assistant operated by Provenance Tags ApS, Denmark. Skub connects to the mail accounts you authorize (currently Gmail; more providers planned), decides which messages need your attention, and lets you act on them via Telegram or the web app. By creating a Skub account or joining the waitlist, you agree to these terms.
You own your email. Skub acts on the mailboxes you connect on your behalf, only for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the content you send through Skub (e.g. replies, forwards).

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time in the billing portal (accessible from Settings) — you keep paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.
Joining the waitlist is free and does not obligate you to use the product. We'll email you when invites open. You can unsubscribe via the request form (pick "Delete all my data").
The Skub name, logo, landing page, web app, and API are owned by Provenance Tags ApS. You get a limited, non-exclusive license to use Skub as described in these terms while your account is active. You retain full ownership of your email content and the notifications you generate.
Skub is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uptime. If downtime materially affects you, contact us and we'll credit your account fairly.
Skub relies on Google (Gmail), Telegram, Anthropic (Claude via OpenRouter), Stripe, and Fly.io. Their service availability and terms may affect Skub. We are not responsible for outages or changes on their side, though we'll work to minimize impact.
Skub is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that notifications will be delivered instantly, that classifications will be accurate, or that reply suggestions will be appropriate for every situation. Always review a suggested reply before sending it. You are responsible for the emails you send.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Provenance Tags ApS's total liability arising out of or related to Skub is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or €100 if you are on a free plan). We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages.
You can stop using Skub at any time by deleting your account (see Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or create legal risk. If your account is terminated, your paid plan is refunded pro rata.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before taking effect for existing users. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
