Do I need to keep opening my inbox?
No — that's the point. Skub reads your mail, decides what needs you, and sends it to your Telegram. Everything else it handles in the background. If you never open the inbox again, Skub still works.
Which mail providers work?
Gmail today. Outlook and IMAP are on the way. You can connect multiple mailboxes on the paid plans — personal, work, side-project, all in one stream.
Does Skub read all my email?
Only new mail once you connect a mailbox, and only to decide what's worth alerting you about. Email bodies are never stored beyond a short summary. Your content is not used to train AI.
What does “tap to act” mean?
Every skub arrives with buttons — Reply, Archive, Move, Ignore, VIP, Snooze. Tap once and Skub does it on your behalf in the real mailbox. Tap Reply and Skub drafts three replies in your voice for you to pick from.
Can I make rules?
Yes — on Pro and Teams. Write patterns like *@newsletter.com → ignore or Invoice* → Finance in two clicks. Or just tell Skub in chat: “always ignore @example.com”.
What does it cost at scale?
Free is 20 skubs/month, one mailbox. Pro is €7/month for 10,000 skubs + unlimited mailboxes + pattern rules + chat. Teams is €15/seat for shared rules. Enterprise adds fully automated replies grounded in your own uploaded knowledge base (product catalogue, FAQs, support docs) — for company support inboxes where consistent fast answers matter; enquire for pricing.
Can I run Skub in my own infrastructure?
Yes. The Enterprise tier is a self-hosted install in your environment, with your own LLM keys and mail credentials. For regulated industries, internal-only deployments, or policies that rule out SaaS handling of mail.
How private is this?
EU-hosted (Amsterdam), tokens in a dedicated key-management vault, every decryption audit-logged, no AI training on your data. Details on our security page. DPA + DPIA available on request.
